Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed a spacious suite, but encountered issues with water pressure and intermittent hot water. The breakfast lacked variety, and our room key failed multiple times. For a better experience, opt for a room with air conditioning during warmer months.

i stayed in this lovely modern hotel for 2 days, had perfectly pleasant experience, really enjoyed its unbeatable location not far from centrum nauki kopernik metro station. the staff was professional and extremely helpful, took good care of everyone. the breakfast had a great selection of options, coffee and eggs.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The service provided there was good.

The room was very clean and spacious, boasting a lovely view of the Vistula River. I especially enjoyed the convenient access to the nearby Warsaw University Library with a beautiful rooftop garden.

the hotel was very nice and a good price for Warsaw. It was an uphill walk (or a short bus ride) up to the main part of the city. There was breakfast included that was very nice with a good selection of foods available. It is located quite near the Vistula River so had a nice view.

Our only complaint (and this was a big issue for us) is that the information from Booked.net stated that there was wired internet throughout the hotel, but the reality was that the only internet was a paid Kiosk that was not always working). Apparently some rooms did have it available, but not ours. We ended up having to go back up the hill later in the evening and had difficulty finding a place to use our computer (which luckily was a netbook) and ending up getting the last bus of the evening back to our hotel. We actually chose this hotel because it said it had internet available.

Very good location , close to the town centre , to Old Town and at the same time a very quiet location. The hotel staff were very prompt , when asked to help with the shower blockage or extra towels. Nice, clean and modern hotel.

Lifts should be changed as soon as possible , they are old and I walked up and down during my stay at logos. Breakfast.......very poor choice, indifferent service , staff should be more alert and check what is available for customers to eat. About 8.30 am the jars with juices were almost empty, some simply empty. It is such a clean and modern hotel , it is a shame that the restaurant reflects the standards and attitudes prevalent forty years ago.Also such a big hotel should offer one hair dryer per room , not one per hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

I expected a complimentary upgrade due to the inconvenience, but apparently, that was too much to ask. I just couldn't bring myself to give a good review when the details matter. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

Perfect location let you get Nowy Swiat within 15 min walk and admire Vistula River through your hotel window.Silent and a very clean hotel.

The woman in the reception was helpful and the rooms were of a fair size. Close to the city center.

Not to good english knowledge at the reception. The beds were really not good, hard and very noisy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel decor simple yet elegant.Room clean and airy with a wonderful view. We stayed on the 6th floor and rooms shared a bathroom. Bathroom was big, with a shower and spotless. The food in a restaurant was absolutely amazing and cheap and restaurant staff just great. The hotel is at the walking distance from the Old Town. I will stay in that hotel again when in Warsaw.

The building maybe should be painted on outside

The bed in my room creaked loudly with any movement, causing several sleepless nights. The bathroom could use a second trash bin since only the small one in there was available. It lacks air conditioning, which might be uncomfortable during warm months.

Peaceful hotel with strong wi-fi, the location is perfect next to the river. Functional, reasonably large room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets...
